Paul Crayford
Mechanical Director

Paul has worked extensively in the building services engineering sector, having been involved in a variety of developments from aviation, commercial, hospitality and cultural schemes to high-rise design and construction projects.

Paul is highly experienced, with over 20 years experience in the building services engineering sector, leading teams of engineers to deliver integrated building design solutions within the built environment. Paul has held significant leadership positions in international design consultancies.

Paul thrives to ensure that engineering remains at the centre of all efficient and considered design. He has a clear passion for building design, with a deep appreciation for the impact engineering decisions have on the places we work and live.

Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (with Honours) in Mechanical Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

Paul is a passionate Wales and British Lions supporter. He also loves the Tour de France, skiing, and diving.

Stephen Vickers
Electrical Director

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the field of building services engineering within the globally East and has extensive experience in retail, leisure, office development, healthcare and infrastructure projects.

Stephen has led design teams designs on a range sectors throughout the building services industry throughout a number of countries including UK, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

His design expertise includes 11kV Infrastructure Design, LV Infrastructure Design, Small Power Design, Internal and External Lighting Design, Emergency Lighting Design, Security/CCTV System Design and Fire Alarm System Design to a variety of standards including British Standards and NFPA.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (with Honours) in Building Services Engineering and is a Member of the IET (MIET).

Stephen loves his home team Newcastle United and is a strong cross fit enthusiast.

Mark Boothway
Associate
Mark is a UK Chartered Architect with over 30 years experience in Design, client management, and design-team management. The majority his large scale work has been in the Middle East where he worked with Atkins for 9 years based in Dubai and Oman, and with Saudi Diyar for 4.5 years based in Jeddah. 
 
Mark’s hands-on approach to design and production management of large scale hospitality, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects means that designs move successfully from the drawing board and get built. Mark finds it very satisfying to have clients return with repeat business and to see people using and enjoying these buildings, their internal spaces and the spaces in-between.
 
Mark is a keen sailor and holds a ICC Yacht-master Coastal certificate. Mark also loves kitesurfing, travelling, camping, skiing, breathing fresh air, fishing and snorkelling.
