Summary: Huckle Design was formally appointed by Gensler, under the framework of Gensler’s global agreement with Shell, to act as the Local Architect of Record (AOR) for the interior fit-out of Shell Development Oman’s corporate office, Muscat. The scope of services comprised MEP design for the full interior fit-out, delivered in alignment with Shell’s global workplace standards and local regulatory requirements. The project successfully achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable design and environmental performance.

Summary: Huckle Design was formally appointed by Gensler, under the auspices of Gensler’s global framework agreement with Shell, to serve as the Local Architect of Record (AOR) for the Shell Oman Marketing corporate office development in Mina Al Fahal, Muscat. The scope of services encompassed the complete architectural design as well as full structural and MEP engineering for the proposed G+1 office facility.

Summary: Huckle Design was appointed by Tanmia to undertake the full design scope for a new commercial and hospitality development located in Muscat. The commission included comprehensive architectural, structural, and MEP design services, as well as full construction supervision for the development of a multi-level building comprising two basement levels, a ground floor, and five upper floors.
