Huckle Design was formally appointed by Gensler, under the framework of Gensler’s global agreement with Shell, to act as the Local Architect of Record (AOR) for the interior fit-out of Shell Development Oman’s corporate office, Muscat. The scope of services comprised MEP design for the full interior fit-out, delivered in alignment with Shell’s global workplace standards and local regulatory requirements. The project successfully achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable design and environmental performance.
